In January 2014, Jed Smith & Mark Williamson were seeking to develop an identity for their new business, Smith & Williamson, LLC. Offering turn-key, reliable, and reusable components that bring real-time control to balloon flights, they have successfully flown in deserts and thunderstorms for researchers around the world.
Focusing on their product line, Smith & Williamson, LLC. needed a logo created for their Boomerang Balloon Flight Control System. Boomerang solves the most common ballooning hurdles by seamlessly integrating altitude control, communication, instrumentation, tracking, and payload recovery features into a rugged, reusable flight system.
